Not Weary in Well Doing

We were blessed to have Doctor Charles Cain and his wife Mary visit us
on Sept 27th 2009. Dr. Cain is the Pastor of Panther Missionary Baptist
Church in McDowell County,  West Virginia.  He has seen the need to
assist the mining community by opening a rescue mission in an
abandoned school. He and his staff are blessed with the opportunity to
distribute food and clothing to residents in the area.  At t he same time he
is able to introduce those that have a need of Christ in their life,  to the plan
of salvation and to lead lost people to the Lord.
Mount Carmel is currently beginning a food drive to assist Dr.  Cain in his
efforts. We are asking all of True Life Association churches to donate.
We are also developing a plan to contact grocery stores, restaurants and
food distribution centers, to ask for their help as well.
If  you are interested in assisting with this work, please contact a member
of Mount Carmel through the website or by calling a member of the team.
